I heard a great message last night based on Psalm 55:22 –

Cast your burden on the Lord and He shall sustain you.

Strong’s #3557: Sustain means: To maintain, nourish, provide food, bear, hold up, protect, support, defend; to supply the means necessary for living.

Lately I have been burdened with the cares of the world concerning others, myself, and loved ones.  The power and anointing of the Word preached last night convicted my spirit and I decided to take God at His Word.

On my morning walk I prayed in the spirit.  I just began rejoicing and praising God for a brand new day and for His rock solid covenant.  No matter what happens in life I still have Jesus and eternal life with Him!  The temporal things of this world will pass away but His Word will never pass away.  The true treasures in life are not lost.

After my walk I wrote in my journal all that I released into His care.  Now it’s up to Him to work it all out.  My part is to trust and obey in Jesus name!

I feel a whole lot lighter now.  This is how He responded to my journal entry:

#WFJ: Cast Your Cares On Jesus

My daughter, You have made a wise decision to take Me at My Word and cast ALL your cares on Me, for it is true I will sustain you in all areas of your life.

My shoulders are big enough to carry the burdens of the world.  That’s why I came to earth wrapped in flesh, to show you the way through My dear Son.  Jesus is the way the truth and the life.  His name is the name above every name and all power and authority have been given to Him.  The government not only shall but does rest on His shoulders.

Jesus hung on that cross to bear all the cares and sins of the world so you wouldn’t have to.  Press into Him. Labor only to cast your cares on Him and let Me do the rest.  Keep your eyes on Him and follow hard after Him.  Follow hard after every word that came out of My mouth for there is power and resurrection life in My Word.

Jesus followed My Word to perfection and therefore is the only one qualified to carry the burdens of the world. Trust Him, My child, to carry out the perfection of My plan for humanity.  He followed the plan to the “T” when He walked this earth and He is still faithful to see it through to completion.

Being confident of this very thing that He who has began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.  (Philippians 1:6).

I started a good work in you and I will see it through to completion.  I am trustworthy and I am counting on My children to trust the One who created heaven and earth and the way to sustain it all.  Be encouraged and FEAR NOT. To fear is to not trust Me and to not believe that My will and plan for your life is anything but good and for your absolute welfare.

I love you, My child.  Rest and relax in your Daddy’s care and capable strong hands.  Where I want to take you and accomplish through you is beyond your wildest comprehension and I cannot bring it to pass when your natural mind gets in the way because it can’t figure things out or “see” it in the natural. That is not how I operate.  As you know I am a God of faith and that’s what I honor and that’s what I use to get things done.

The just shall live by faith, not by sight. Do not rely on the temporal things of this world but on the unseen eternal things that come from My Spirit to yours through faith.  It’s really that simple and works in opposition to the ways of this world.  Start “seeing” faith as your currency instead of money.  It takes money to live in this world but it takes faith to receive what you need to live in this world, including money.

I am your all in all and your ultimate source.  Keep your eyes on My currency of faith to keep this universe sustained and operating according to My perfect order.  Be at peace and honor Me by honoring My system of faith.  That is the highest form of honor for Me – TO TRUST ME AND TO PUT YOUR COMPLETE TRUST IN MY WORD FOR THEY ARE ONE AND THE SAME.

Thank you, My child, for casting your cares on Me.  Now wait and watch in faith and see what My mighty right hand will do on your behalf.  Don’t stop praising Me until you see it come to pass and when it does, don’t stop praising Me for it and testifying to everyone about My goodness and love.  I Am Worthy to be trusted and praised.  Your Abba Daddy loves and cares for you like no one else ever will or can! Selah.

Prayer Power

Thank you Abba Father for loving me so perfectly and for caring for me so I don’t have to take on the cares of this world.  I chose to honor You in the highest by trusting you for honoring and keeping Your own Word.  I give you all glory in the precious burden bearing name of Jesus.  Amen.
