Day 1 of 30 Days to Breakthrough – Redeeming the Time

1 June 2010 4 Comments

I began this 30 Days to Breakthrough journey through  journaling that Dr. Joseph Peck offered as FREE Breakthrough LIFE Coaching earlier this year in February.  At that time I had a lot on my plate and unfortunately did not complete what I had started.

My plate is still full but I want to revisit this very valuable tool of self-discovery for Experiencing God in Extraordinary Ways For Extraordinary Fruit. I invite you to share this wonderful journey of exploring how to steward your TIME, TALENT, TREASURE, and TEMPLE (body).

I have been an active participant for years in the habit of  of  journaling.  What is even more exciting and satisfying to me is to engage in a dialogue with the Lord through two-way journaling.  It is supernatural and extraordinary to record those divine treasures the Lord speaks back to my heart after I have poured mine out to him on paper.

I highly encourage you to take advantage of this great blessing, so go ahead and invest in your future.  See what the Lord has for you through this fruitful habit of  journaling.  To sign up go to http://30-days-to-breakthrough.com

This is the fruit of my efforts today.   Day 1 of 30 Days to Breakthrough – Redeeming the Time. Today’s question is:

Lord, what time wasters can I start eliminating today to redeem my time?

My Child, I have such a good plan for your life.  Your highest calling is to call to Me and call on Me moment by moment so you can know My plan for your life.

I require intimate fellowship and unity with Me.  I designed you for an intimate love relationship with Me.  When you keep a God-inside-minded-consciousness, I will lead you by My Spirit.  By doing this your days will be full of life, joy, and My love.

Eliminate the busy-nes and thoughts of things you “have to do” and simply start your day by asking Me, “LORD, WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO TODAY?  WHAT WOULD PLEASE YOU?”

Start with Me and allow Me to walk and talk with you all throughout your day and night.  We can accomplish much together and we will have fun and you will have a sense of joy, peace, fullness, and well-being.

Shall we start?  I love that you love Me and that you asked Me what would please Me because it will truly please you also!

Love in Jesus,

Prayer Power

Father God, help me to redeem my time wisely moment by moment as I keep my eyes on You and my heart attuned to the leading of Your Holy Spirit, in Jesus name I pray.  Amen.

    Hi Abigail,

Thank you for writing this blog post and sharing your 2-way prayer for Day #1.

I’m thrilled that you have decided to go through http://30-days-to-breakthrough.com again. I think it would be really valuable if you did that for each of the 30 days. That would be a great example for others too.

Blessings to see major breakthrough as a result of this!

    Joseph

Thanks, Joseph, for your encouragement. I am seeing breakthroughs already as I am faithful to two-way journal and hear what the Spirit is saying to me. The truth is that when we share what God gives us it does bless others. THE BREAKTHROUGH IS TWO-WAY JOURNALING BECAUSE WE ARE BREAKING THROUGH TO THE VERY HEART OF GOD FOR OUR LIVES!!! AMEN.
