What difference would it make to you personally if your favorite all-time hero, an international dignitary or world leader, a famous celebrity, or your prized superstar athlete walked into your presence? Greater still – What if Jesus walked into the room?

Do you ever just want to close out the world and run into God’s arms for comfort and encouragement? The good news is that He is always waiting with open arms for you to come into that “secret place” of the Most High God. He longs to have intimacy with you just as much, if not more than you! It’s always a win win situation and today with Him was a great blessing.

We all get discouraged because life’s circumstances have a way of pulling us down. The secret is to know how to not stay down but to get back up and continue fighting the good fight of faith. Even then, we need to stir up ourselves or those around us who need to be encouraged by the Word of God.

Prayer is a powerful gift of communication Jehovah God has given to all His children. It was how Jesus stayed intimately connected to God the Father and also the way He received everything from Him by faith. The same is true for us. It is through our continual communication with God through our prayers, praise and worship that we will behold His glory, His presence. What we continually behold we will become.

Does the date 10-10-10 have personal significance for you? It sure does for me. Ten is God’s perfect number of completion and divine order. On this day I crossed over a visible line in the natural and the spiritual to a brand new season and chapter in my life. It followed a season of intense trials and transitions. Read how God’s Holy Spirit revived my heart and brought me through my time of testing.

In these days we are living in, so many people are desperately crying out to God for REVIVAL. Are you one of them? Would you recognize it if it showed up? Are you looking for “it” somewhere “out there?” Did you know that God is looking for people who will be carriers of His glory? It must first start within your own heart. Are you ready?

No one in this life is immune to stress so what is a person to do about it? First you must realize that stress is grounded in fear. Faith and fear are two opposing life paths so you must first settle the issue of who you are going to serve: God or Satan?

The one thing we can’t get away from in this life is that we were made for relationships. The Lord God designed and commanded us to love Him and be in an intimate relationship with Him through His Son Jesus. He also designed us to love one another. Life is nothing without relationships and it is from Him that we learn the most excellent way to be a part of the family of God.

Sometimes when I worship God My vocabulary seems so inadequate. There are no words to articulate what my heart is feeling when it wants to explode when the love of God I am experiencing is so great. I ask the Lord to give me a better way to express my love for Him. He assures me that He reads my heart. Last night in a home group was a time of worship like that. Later that night in my sleep God gave me this prophetic word.

Habits are something we as humans all have and live by. The question is are they a blessing or a curse? Are they adding value to your life and in turn to others or are they detracting value to you and others? Stop and take a personal inventory of your daily habits. Ask God to show you which ones will help you fulfill His calling on your life so you can be a blessing to others.
